Garden Gourmet 2008 |
|
Home-grown ingredients ranging from herbs to vegetables and fruits will take center stage when local celebrity chefs concoct dishes for the Garden Gourmet cooking demonstrations at the 2008 Chicagoland Flower & Garden Show. Three Garden Gourmet demonstrations (free to all attendees) will be held daily at 11:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. Each chefs' recipe (one dish at each demonstration) will include natural ingredients that Chicagoans can grow around the house. At the end of each 45-minute demonstration, the first 100-plus in attendance will get to sample the creation. The Garden Gourmet Stage is presented by Royal Prestige. |
